On September 1st our Lady Falcon Volleyball team travels to Christiansburg to play them in regional play. The Falcons are going into Christiansburg with a record of 1-1 and a 3-0 victory over the Liberty Christian Academy Bulldogs. Christiansburg is going into the matchup with a record of 2-0 with a 3-1 win over Franklin County and a 3-2 win over Lord Botetourt. Looking back to last year, the Lady Falcons and Lady Blue Devils met-up in the VHSL 3A Volleyball State Championship in Salem, which the Falcons won 3-1. This game is much anticipated as it will show if the Falcons are still the leaders in the state or if there's a new top team in the state.
